What is Pilates?
Pilates is a low-impact form of exercise that focuses on strength, posture, flexibility and controlled movement.
It’s designed to help you move better in everyday life — improving core strength, balance and mobility, while reducing aches, stiffness and tension.
Pilates is especially helpful if you:

Experience back, hip or posture-related discomfort

My classes are suitable for all levels. Movements are built gradually, with options to progress or keep things gentle, so everyone can work at their own pace.
